As a lifelong lover of history, Rachel graduated from Harding University with a B.A. in History with a concentration in British and Early Modern History and a minor in Social Science. Rachel is an active participant in Phi Alpha Theta Historical Honor Society, where she has presented research at regional and national conference. During her time in college, she was a student editor for the student historical journal Tenor of Our Time. She also has had the opportunity to study art history abroad in Florence, Italy and travel across Europe. Rachel developed a love for teaching during her time teaching English in Kigali, Rwanda. Rachel has hands-on museum experience working through Rose Hill Manor Museum and in Florence. Rachel loves all things humanities, especially art history, political science, and British history! Aside from teaching at Fusion, Rachel is pursuing her M.A. in History from Southern New Hampshire University.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys cooking, fun coffee shops, reading, hikes with her dog and husband, visiting museums and galleries, and traveling!
