Counselor, Chemical Dependency Prevention, Education and Counseling Season Hewitt, B.A. in Psychology, CADC II leads the Fusion Chemical Dependency Education and Counseling Program and has over 16 years of experience in adolescent prevention, education and addiction treatment services. She started her career at Mental Health System’s Female Peri-Natal program as a Residential Coordinator in 1999. From 2000-2016 she worked at La Jolla’s Scripps Drug and Alcohol treatment program specializing in Adolescent treatment and the Family Education and Counseling program.
In October 2016 Season began her career at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation at the Outpatient facility in San Diego. Hazelden Betty Ford is the nations’ premier treatment and research organization and offers an abundance of resources for families and individuals struggling with addiction. Season’s personal interests include travel and exploring different cultures, volunteer work, holistic health and wellness, and spirituality. Season has also enjoyed living abroad in Costa Rica for over 2 years and is fluent in the Spanish language.
