Rochelle Emanuel is a native Houstonian and student of Fort Bend school district. She was an avid athlete and participated in basketball, baseball and track. She is a graduate of Lamar University with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Rochelle was the only female in her graduating Electrical Engineering class where she thrived and broadened her competitive edge. Upon graduation she was highly recruited to work in the Aeronautics field as an engineer. While working as an engineer, Rochelle lead a mentor program where she and other engineers went into the public schools and tutored, mentored and introduced young children to the world of mathematics and science. She passionately engrossed herself with making a difference in the lives of her mentees, never taking her role lightly. Rochelle’s impact on their lives, encouraged her to pursue another career.
Rochelle loves competitive sports, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She hopes to one day have a family of her own, but for now she will be teaching Physics, Geometry and Algebra to future scientists at Fusion Houston Galleria.
