Robert Caldwell teaches Latin, History, and Government at Fusion Fairfield. He received a bachelor’s degree with high honors in Latin from the University of Michigan. Later, he received a doctorate degree in Classical Studies also from the University of Michigan. While working on his dissertation, he studied and worked in Petra, Jordan in association with the American Center of Oriental Research.
Robert has taught a number of classes in Latin, Ancient Greek, history, and philosophy as a visiting professor at Catholic University, Wesleyan University, and Trinity College. More recently, Robert completed a teacher certification program and since has taught Latin to middle school and high school students in Connecticut.
For fun Robert enjoys taking hikes and bike rides with his children. He always takes the opportunity to go fly fishing.
