Nick is the Master Teacher at Fusion Academy Newton.
Nick earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary/Special Education and History from Seton Hall University in South Orange, N.J. Prior to joining Fusion Academy, he worked in both middle and high school settings, teaching honors, college placement, and special education classes.
Nick began working with Fusion at the Morristown Campus in New Jersey, where he served as English Department Head, teaching a myriad of classes. He taught several sections of English, History, and Guitar, and also offered several creative electives such as History of Rock Music, and History of Star Wars. It was a blast.
When not in the classroom, Nick can usually be found pursuing various creative outlets. Nick is typically playing music; he’s been singing all his life, in several choirs and bands, and celebrated his Carnegie Hall debut in 2015. He also has a strong love for theatre, performing in countless productions from Neil Simon to Shakespeare. Nick is a die-hard Sci-Fi nerd, and loves all things Star Wars (even the prequels). He also likes to spend his time playing video games, and finding any way to incorporate them into the classroom.
