Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Meg Ratliff received her Bachelor’s degree from Berry College in History with a minor in Political Science. She spent all four years of her undergraduate career working as a Research Assistant for the head of the History department, as well as working as a student supervisor of a student-run digital archive project. Soon after college, Meg moved from Rome, Georgia to Northern Virginia for new opportunities and worked as a Teaching Assistant for various history classes at George Mason University. Meg believes her work and experiences with all types of students, parents, and teachers will help her as the Director of First Impressions and with the leadership team!
Meg lives in Leesburg, VA with her roommate and their two black cats, Zelda and Henry. In her spare time, she likes to swim, watch political/historical TV shows and movies, practice her flute (that she’s been playing for almost fifteen years), and compete in trivia with friends twice a week.
