Meg was born and raised on the Jersey shore and moved to the west coast a year ago. Growing up she played field hockey, lacrosse, and sailed, but discovered yoga in college where she fell in love with it. She has practiced yoga for many years and received her 200 hour yoga teaching credentials in ashtanga yoga in 2016 at Monterey Yoga Shala. Her favorite part of instructing yoga is sharing it’s healthy benefits with others!
Meg studied psychology and art history as an undergraduate at Williams College in Massachusetts. She went on to pursue her interest in psychology with a Masters in mental health counseling from Baruch College. She worked as a family therapist and school counselor in New York City prior to moving to California.
In her free time, Meg can be found rock climbing, hiking, skiing, reading, or baking (and eating) cookies. She loves adventuring outside in nature and just came off an epic climbing road trip around the country.
