I have been a part of the Fusion team since January 2012 and it has truly been such a remarkable, fulfilling, and exciting experience. Prior to Fusion, I graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a BA in English with a Single Subject Credential Option. I have prior experience working in college admissions and in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis, working predominantly among children with Autism.
When I started my journey with Fusion, I began as an English and History teacher and was immediately taken by the incredible students, wonderful teachers and staff, and the overall awesomeness of the program. I was amazed at the amount of love and compassion I was met with from every member of the Fusion Family. I was hooked! In Spring of 2013, I took on the role of History Department Head which enabled me to provide support and resources to other teachers and help strengthen the curriculum.
In the Winter of 2013, I transitioned into the Administrative Team as the Director of Homework Café. I absolutely love having the opportunity to interact, coach, and support students in the Homework Café as well as help create opportunities for the students to become involved on campus and participate in fun events. I truly love what I do and I stand behind the Fusion mission. I’m so excited to be a part of this community and I look forward to an amazing future!
