Kevin Riordan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Global Management from Susquehanna University. Kevin is pursuing a certificate in Integrative Nutrition from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (completion in December 2016) and is a Licensed HeartMath Instructor.
Kevin began his career in client relations and financial advising for BASF and TIAA-CREF before returning to his lifelong passion of health, wellness and sports. As a college baseball player and lifelong athlete, Kevin believes firmly in the importance of sports as a mechanism through which students can develop discipline, confidence, stress management and interpersonal skills.
Kevin brings years of experience in the fields of wellness, physical education and individual sports instruction. He has served as a youth basketball coach and private baseball instructor, and more recently as a HeartMath instructor, using health and wellness to enhance not just physical performance but also emotional and mental well-being. His teaching and coaching rely heavily on the evolving science on the intersection between diet, lifestyle and brain functioning.
Kevin is an avid reader, sports-lover, bio-hacking enthusiast, and political news junkie. He spends most of his free time outdoors, playing sports, meditating, and attempting to train his poorly behaved dog, Charlie.
