Workshop on ancient ceramic techniques on the island of Samos, Greece. Archaeological research in Ecuador (6 week expedition at a 4000 year old site near the Rio Tomebamba in the Andes mountains.)

Hobbies: I love drawing from life and the world around me, marble carving (or just plain making stuff!), playing the piano and singing, hiking, swimming (LOVE THE BEACH), traveling and learning about new cultures. I particularly love learning about ancient cultures (my two favs are the Minoans and the Maya.) One of my favorite memories is of climbing a Maya temple in the section of Tikal (Guatemala) known as “The Lost World” to watch the sun rise over the jungle.
