. Jill is a certified Visual Arts Teacher in the State of New York and a Board Certified Licensed Art Therapist. She completed her Bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University in Art Education and earned a Masters of Arts in Creative Arts Therapy and has a second Master’s in Education with a specialization in School Counseling. Her motto is “You can never be overeducated or overdressed”.
Jill’s passion for the helping others, adolescents, and art, are apparent by her years of work experience. Prior to Fusion, she worked as an Art Therapist at The Holliswood Hospital and most recently, as the Bereavement Group Facilitator with The Child Help Partnership of St. John’s University. When she is not working, she strives to maintain a balanced life by spending lots of time with her husband, family, and friends having as many new experiences as possible. Some of her favorite things include traveling, art museums, the outdoors, running, and chocolate milk.
