Jessica graduated from University at Albany with a BA in English and from University of Massachusetts with an MEd in Reading and Language Instruction. She is currently ABD for her EdD in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University.
Experience
She worked for 16 years at the Kildonan School as an Orton-Gillingham tutor and Literature Teacher, Literature Department Chair, and Director of College Counseling. She spent 3 years at the Purnell School as Associate Head of School for Academic Affairs and Interim Head of School.
Fun Facts and Hobbies
- Has read, watched, or listened to everything Zombie.
- Climbed into the Virunga Mountains in Rwanda to stand mere inches from mountain gorillas in the wild (and sobbed like a baby with how amazing they are).
- Has five dogs (4 are dachshunds) and hundreds of house plants!
