Jennifer is originally from Colombia and now resides in Broadlands, Virginia. She holds a Bachelor’s in teaching with an emphasis on languages as well as a certificate for teaching Spanish as a Second Language from the Universidad de la Salle. She is certified from Northern Virginia Community College in Early Childhood Development and TESOL. She has worked in preschool and middle school where she has taught Spanish to children and teenagers. Jennifer is excited to work one-on-one with students who want to learn Spanish and is eager to show them a little bit of her culture and traditions. She considers herself to be a good adviser and listener. She loves to work with children and teenagers because they remind her of her younger sisters and nephews. She believes that educating new generations is the best way to contribute to society.
Jennifer lives with her husband and likes to play tennis and soccer. In her free time she enjoys drawing and playing with her cat, Loki
