Originally from Seattle, Jacob founded the nonprofit arts center Healthy Times Fun Club, has booked hundreds of punk shows, and now curates poetry readings and art shows in New York. He is the author of several Chapbooks, most recently Speculative Internet Acronyms (WORMS Books), and his poetry, fiction, and criticism have appeared online and IRL. He has edited for multiple literary journals, magazines, and book publishers. He runs a micropress called Snacks, Inc., and he is currently seeking a publisher for his novel Weird Light. He has been in a noise band. He is fascinated by the mundane. He loves poodles and the Goodyear Blimp.
