Erisa Apantaku

Teacher/ Mentor

Erisa currently teaches and mentors students in Biology. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal arts from Princeton University, where she majored in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and has taught Science at a Bilingual Elementary School in Taiwan for two years.  She loves to do creative things with her free time. Erisa writes fiction short stories and film scripts, produces a podcast in which she interviews people about their identities, and writes little songs with her guitar. She loves collaborating with people on almost anything that involves “making art.”  Elisa’s Mother named her “ERISA” after seeing it on a license plate. It turns out ERISA is an acronym for the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974!
