Eloisa is a native Spanish-speaker, born in Veracruz, Mexico. She went to high school in Mexico City. Eloisa earned her Urban Learning Bachelor’s Degree at CSULA. She is a UCLA Writing Project in Spanish Fellow. She is experienced in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis, having worked predominantly with students with developmental disabilities such as Down Syndrome and Autism, in school and home settings. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Ministry and Family Counseling. She is an ordained Minister in the Church of the Nazarene. Eloisa loves the outdoors. Running is her passion and she is proud to have completed the L.A. Marathon for six consecutive years. She encourages everyone to run, eat healthy, and work towards their dreams.
