Having always embraced what makes her unique, it’s only fitting that Corina Hart Jenkins works at a place that’s one-of-a-kind. Serving as the Director of Admissions and Outreach for Fusion Academy’s Ardmore campus, she works alongside professionals and families to help them discover the best resources to unlock their children’s infinite potential, and embrace what makes them different. Understanding the positive impact of a innovative learning environment, Corina is thrilled to be part of an educational institution that provides just that.
Corina began her dynamic career working in Marketing, but soon transitioned to Education, driven by both her passion to make a difference in the lives of others. Prior to joining Fusion, she served as an educator, focusing on child development including language, motor, and social skills. She also has experience working in higher education, with exposure to the fields of recruitment, admissions, training and outreach. She thrives on building lasting connections and meaningful relationships. A lover of both travel and education, Corina has visited more than twenty countries on four continents, providing mentorship, communication, and support services for international youth. Her collection of frequent flyer miles isn’t too shabby either.
Corina received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Monmouth University and her Master’s degree in High Post-Secondary Education from Argosy University, Orange County. In her spare time, she serves on the steering committee for the Trappe chapter of Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS), a non-profit that works through local churches to provide support for mothers with school-aged children. When not at school or volunteering, Corina gets out her contagious, positive high-energy through Spin class and Zumba. She most enjoys spending time with her husband, young daughter, and dog, hiking, playing in the park, or scouting for gourmet food trucks in search of the next best cheesy creation.
