Christina is the new Post-Secondary Counselor at Fusion Princeton. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. After graduation, Christina moved to Austin, TX where Christina committed two years of service as an AmeriCorps Member, where she supported, mentored, and tutored at-risk youth and their families. After her term of service, she continued non-profit work in the schools while pursuing her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling at Texas State University. Through her work, she is experienced in working with adolescents providing social-emotional, college, career, and academic counseling, case management, and advocacy. Christina’s work with students is grounded in her belief that every student has internal strengths, resiliency, and resources to guide them in their success. She approaches counseling through a solution-focused and trauma-informed lens. For the past five years, she has worked closely with students to help them navigate the post-secondary process. She is passionate about supporting youth through their academic journey while assisting students to become aware of their strengths, interests, and abilities. In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Jax, listening to music, camping and doing anything related to the outdoors.
