Brandon is the campuses Yoga Instructor and Life Skills Teacher. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Sport Sciences from Texas Tech University. As an avid runner and former weight lifter, he begrudgingly gave yoga a try after being persistently pushed to do so by a good friend. Growing up an athlete and playing basketball at the JUCO level, he to this day considers his first experience on the mat to be one of the most physically challenging activities he’s ever endured.
Brandon is also a Certified Eating Psychology Coach and passionate about all things pertaining to holistic health and wellness. Having suffered from a variety of different ailments that led him to having two abdominal surgeries before finishing college, he has used his own personal experience to better connect and help others on their paths to living with more vitality.
Brandon enjoys watching movies at the Angelika Film Center, running outside in nature, and rooting on his Texas Tech Red Raider football and basketball teams.
A semi weird but not really unusual fact about him is his absolute LOVE for Chick fil-A’s french fries (with sauce of course). He believes nothing tops this combination and will argue with anyone who disagrees.
