Her style, and general approach to yoga, are infused with honesty and empowerment. Her classes infuse strength and power into the practice to inspire confidence and a sense of well being. Beth is currently attending Hofstra University for her Master’s Degree in Sports Science and a concentration in Strength and Conditioning while also becoming a Certified Sports Nutritionist.
Beth loves to play sports, especially racquetball, and be as active as possible. Maintaining an adventurous and positive outlook on life, Beth has been cage diving with sharks and hiked into active volcanos. When she is not teaching yoga or playing sports, Beth can be found hiking mountains or paddleboarding out in the ocean, looking for the next adventure.
