She also holds a California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Art and a Master of Arts in Teaching. Being an advocate for differentiated instruction for each individual student, Ayako strives to bring in creative and engaging teaching methods to our Fusion teachers. She is also committed to creating a warm and welcoming school environment for all students by fostering respect and trust. Having played sports for most of her life (once won an MVP award at the European Lacrosse Championships, believe it or not!), Ayako also values team spirit, collaboration and discipline in her life. She enjoys working on her art, Skyping with family and friends, and hiking around the beautiful Bay Area with friends in her spare time.
