Amy is a Japanese teacher and (substitute) French teacher at Fusion Academy Greenwich. She was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. Amy graduated from Seijo University in Tokyo, Japan and received BA and MA of French and European history. She studied abroad in France and Germany. She also attended graduate department of Jewish-Christian studies in Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ.
She has taught Japanese and French in various capacities to children and adult students. She also teaches at the Japanese weekend school of New York. She speaks German and Korean as well.
Amy is a mother of five boys and enjoys spending time with her family and her dog. She is passionate in her research of Holocaust education and learning foreign languages.
