Amy (RYT 200), possesses an extensive background in dance, fitness and strength training, and she prides herself on a healthy, clean diet. Certified in Vinyasa, Chair and Restorative Yoga, she views yoga as a path to physical and mental well-being and wishes to share these beliefs with others. Through a variety of poses, Amy’s classes will build strength, balance and flexibility. Whether you are experienced or new to yoga, Amy will provide a warm and welcoming environment for your practice. She asks you to breathe, relax and smile while leaving your ego off the mat.
