Adrian Boctor teaches Music and Recording Arts at Fusion. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and wrote a theatrical song cycle or musical “Hiding in the Spotlight” for his thesis from Reed College. Adrian plays and teaches piano, keyboard/synthesizer, vocals, music theory and composition. He is a well-versed songwriter, composer, and music producer who has released 3 albums. Adrian studied music composition under David Schiff, composer who studied with Alan Menken, and other composers at the Julliard School. Adrian has worked as a musician, and music educator for various projects and non-profits. Most notable are Music for Minors, and Ethos Music Center, both music education non-profits that serve under represented communities of children. When he is not at Fusion, Adrian performs with various musical projects and works as an audio engineer for IATSE. He loves spending time with his family and friends hiking, dancing, and playing board games.
