Christine Drucker

Head of School

Christine has an extensive background in the study of education. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from Pace University, where she attended under a full scholarship and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She continued her studies at New York Institute of Technology where she graduated with honors, earning a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology. Pursuing her passion for educational leadership, Christine earned a Post-Masters certificate in Education Supervision and Administration at the College of Staten Island where she worked with a cohort of aspiring leaders on the study of educational reform.

Christine has over 17 years of experience in school settings. She was a New York City public high school teacher for four years, and then became an Assistant Principal of Technology for a large comprehensive high school in Staten Island, NY. As a school leader, she developed personalized experiences for students through the creation and supervision of a Smaller Learning Community. Her commitment to create individual educational experiences for students was heightened by the birth of her daughter, who is a child with special needs. Christine is thrilled to be joining the Fusion team where she can help bring this dynamic teaching model to families in New Jersey.

Most of Christine’s free time is spent with her husband and daughter. In addition, Christine enjoys exercising and considers herself an amateur foodie; although, we consider her an amateur “eatie” because she cannot cook!
