Becky has an extensive background in Liberal Arts and Social Sciences studies. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Literature, M.Ed. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a second M.Ed. in Adult and Organizational Development with emphasis in Adult Education.
Becky has had a career in Fitness Club Management and Exercise Instruction, but has shifted her professional focus to pursue lifelong passion for education and learning. This shift had its beginnings as Becky’s eldest son entered public education and discovered learning differences. This discovery led to a journey of self-learning on differentiated instructional strategies, behavior and classroom management techniques, positive psychology, and a variety of topics on his specific issues. All leading to the insight that one size does not fit all.
Becky is excited about the work we do in fusion truly differentiating education in a 1 on 1 setting and getting to know how each student works and learns best. In her free time, Becky teaches Group Fitness classes, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. (running and playing Pokemon Go with her son and getting nails done with her daughter).
