David Massey

David is a teacher and mentor for Math and Science students. He earned a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor's of Science in Neuroscience, and a Master's of Science in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience at the University of Texas at Dallas. David has a passion for helping students achieve their goals and prepare them for their life after high school.

Before Fusion, David tutored middle, high school, and college students 1-on-1 for their class subjects and he specialized in SAT, ACT, GRE and GMAT prep. He's also worked as a Clinical Research Associate, graduate research assistant, pizza delivery driver, sandwich maker, projectionist, and carpenter's assistant.

He likes to spend his free time on the internet and loves movies and nerdy things with deep lore. He wishes he exercised more, but regardless of the irrefutable empirical evidence, he would much rather be watching a movie, reading, or surfing the web. One of his favorite imaginary mechanics is time travel and he has seen and read a lot of time travel movies/books. He is currently trying to improve his knowledge of computer programming and is interested in learning Java, JavaScript, and Python.
