Curt Coffey is the Assistant Director at Fusion Academy in Plano, Texas. He joined Fusion in 2014 as the first teacher in Texas, teaching Recording Arts, song writing, piano, and guitar, as well as history, economics, math, photography, and graphic design.
Curt earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications and Music, minoring in History and Philosophy, from Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas. He also holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas. Curt has over ten years of experience in education ranging from classroom experience in an array of formats, successfully guiding fine arts programs, supervising student publications, and leading academic programs. Curt has always taken an active role in student life, planning events and activities for students that are engaging and fun while building skills and knowledge. Curt has four children, two of which are currently serving in the United States Army. Curt enjoys traveling with his wife and two teenage daughters. His hobbies include reading, guitar, piano, and writing.
At Fusion, Crystal works directly with our students to create individualized post-secondary plans that fulfill their goals. She specializes in supporting students through the application and admissions process, finding post-secondary programs that match the student’s interests and strengths, and supporting students and families as they make their decisions.
