Adena Sarkian

Teacher/Mentor & Superuser

Adena has moved across 3 different countries, Iran, Armenia, and German, until she finally migrated to the States. The cultural differences she witnessed sparked her interest in psychology, social behavior and variations in perception and values. Adena’s interest led her to University of California, Irvine where she graduated with honors as a Psychology and Social Behavior major.

Adena originally joined the Fusion Family down in Mission Viejo where she taught math, science, and supported students in the homework café. As she came close to obtaining her Master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University, she moved back to her hometown, Glendale, and joined the Fusion Pasadena family. Adena is currently a homework café teacher and teaches Psychology and life skills while supporting the students and staff on Buzz. When Adena is not on campus, she sees clients for therapy at Miracle Mile and binge watches Disney movies.
