Dr. Brad Reedy Biography:
Dr. Brad Reedy is the author of the book The Journey of the Heroic Parent: Your Child’s Struggle & the Road Home, and the co-founder and Clinical Director of Evoke Therapy, wilderness therapy and family intensive programs.
Dr. Reedy grew up in Irvine and is a well-known expert on youth and parenting issues, with over 20 years of research and clinical experience in family trauma, substance abuse issues, eating disorders, attachment issues, developmental psychology, and grief and loss. Through Evoke Therapy and his private practice, Brad works with a variety of students with dual diagnoses, learning disabilities and gifted intelligence. He has presented more than 800 webinars on parenting and relationship issues (available on iTunes), holds parenting groups nationwide, and previously served on the boards of the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs and the Utah Department of Child and Family Services.Event Location:
