“Executive Functions (EF): What ARE THEY and How DO THEY Affect Your Student?” Join us for a Lunch & Learn with Dr. Danielle Chase, PhD as we develop a shared vocabulary about Executive Functioning and explore how the many facets of Executive Functions impact the daily life of a student. Danielle will present engaging commentary on various executive functioning topics.
Join us for a dynamic conversation with Dr. Chase is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Drexel University, completed an internship in Pediatric Neuropsychology at the Franciscan Hospital for Children in Boston, MA, and a dual, two-year Postdoctoral Fellowship in Neuropsychology and Pediatric Neuropsychology at UCLA. Dr. Chase has extensive experience with individuals with a wide variety of Neurological and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities, including those with Attention Deficits, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Asperger’s Disorder, Motor Deficits, Executive Dysfunction, Epilepsy, and mild/Traumatic Brain Injury, and specializes in Sports Concussion.
In addition to her academic and clinical training, Dr. Chase has personal experience with both learning and executive difficulties, and brings to the table a unique perspective that is informed by current research, clinical practice, and her personal struggles and successes.
