Education

Nicolette Rini graduated from Carroll University with degrees in Math and Business Finance, and a minor in Communication. Since joining the education industry, she has earned additional certificates in project management, change management, and education leadership.

Experience

Nicolette began her professional career as small business consultant for a Fortune 100 company before leaving the industry to join a family-owned tutoring company. Nicolette eventually left the tutoring company to teach full-time at Fusion Academy Oak Brook. She became the Director of Student Life in November 2020, the Director of Student Services in 2021, and in August of 2024, she joined the Fusion Global Academy team as the Campus Director of Enrollment.
