Bill is originally from New York and grew up in Florida. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics & Urban Studies and later earned his MBA from The Wharton School of Business. Before changing careers to become a teacher, Bill was a marketing manager and consultant in the financial services and technology sectors, with a focus on Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic community. He has worked and studied in Spain & Mexico, and is fairly fluent in Spanish.
He changed careers 20 years ago to become a teacher, working in Boston Public Schools. He is certified in mathematics, ESL, and Special Education.
Bill enjoys biking, swimming and skiing. He has travelled extensively both for both work and leisure, having visited 70 countries. Next on the list are Morocco, Argentina, Russia, Turkey and Israel.
