Yoga & Life Skills/Health Teacher
Kate Judd joins the Fusion team as a yoga, life skills and health teacher. Her passion is helping people and her tools are kindness, living from the heart, compassion and acceptance. She describes yoga as her guiding light down the path, as it is always reflecting back to her exactly what she needs to see.
She enjoys helping her students to increase their body and breath awareness, and to provide them with the life skills and tools to be more empowered in their health and in their lives.
Her background includes yoga and meditation studies in Asia and in the States. Most recently she got involved with Breathe for Change, an organization dedicated to empowering educators to enhance well-being in their lives, classrooms, and school communities.
In her spare time, she can be found enjoying nature or on some type of an adventure.
