Megan grew up in Guttenberg, NJ and has lived there her whole life. She attended Montclair State University, where she studied General Humanities and minored in Psychology. She took American Sign Language as her language and fell in love with it. Megan is currently back in school to become a certified American Sign Language Interpreter. Her goal is to become a speech pathologist. When Megan is not in the classroom, you can find her on the pool deck. She is the head coach of her high school girls’ team. She enjoys swimming on her free time. When she has a chance to be at home, she enjoys watching Food Network or learning new things that will help make her classroom current and up to date. Megan is so excited to be joining the Fusion Family and hopes that she can give people a new way of thinking about Deaf culture. She is currently teaching Language Arts, History, and Sign Language on campus.
