Director of First Impressions
Lauren Bond discovered her love for the arts at an early age. She sang in her Elementary and High School Choir and attended dance classes at Dance Theater of Harlem where her appetite continued to grow. It wasn’t until Lauren auditioned for the Christian Cultural Center’s production of The Wiz and met Ben Harney (founder of By All Means Save Some Theatre Works) and her mentor Patrice Davidson of Davidson Designs LLC did she discover her true passion, scenic and prop design. She attended college at the University of the Arts, later transferring to Cuny’s Brooklyn College where she graduated with a Bachelors in Theater Arts emphasis in design.
Lauren began her journey working with youth at the age of 14, since the age of 14 she has held several jobs such as; after school Head Counselor, summer camp Head Counselor, summer camp Art Teacher and she has worked for a Drama Desk Award winning youth theater company.
Lauren loves to; sing, dance, write, sketch, laugh, shop, eat and spend time with her loved ones including her dog Mimi and her first best friend, her mom.

Lauren has always said she has 3 passions that feed her soul; the arts, children and fashion and she will always pursue all three.
