Staci Stratigakes, Ed.
Head of School
Dr. Staci Stratigakes is the new Head of School for our Evanston campus. Prior to opening the Evanston campus, Staci has worked in the field of education in a variety of leadership capacities. She began her career as an English teacher at Whitney M. Young Magnet High School and has proceeded to serve as an Assistant Principal, Principal, Director of High School Strategy, as well as, Deputy Chief of High Schools. Staci holds a master’s degree in Secondary Education; a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, and completed her doctorate with an emphasis on Organizational Change, Community Engagement, & the Social-Emotional needs of adolescent learners from National Luis, Roosevelt and Northeastern Illinois Universities.
Staci was born and raised in Lincolnwood and lived in Evanston in the early 2000’s. She is delighted to be “back home” and is enjoying reconnecting with old friends, as well as, connecting new friends and colleagues throughout the North Shore community. When not working, Staci is an avid reader, enjoys Kundalini yoga and is the proud mother of 3 pugs and a Rottweiler; Gatsby, Muhammad Ali, Buddha & Max. She resides in Park Ridge, IL with her boyfriend, Marc.
