Individual Reassessment of Commitment (IROC) Process
The Individual Reassessment of Commitment (IROC) is one of the major tools used to track long-term growth and goal-attainment with Full-Time Fusion students. IROC meetings allow teachers to compare their individual perspectives on a student, one student at a time, and thereby better align themselves to the greater team effort. IROC reports are one of the major formal communications to the student’s family. IROC meetings occur approximately once every three months during the regular school year.
Campus will be closed at 12:30 in order for teachers to conduct these meetings.
