Students will be participating in a Deaf Event where they interact with people within the Deaf community and other ASL students at Fusion throughout the day. The students will be visiting different community booths, watching different shows put on by Deaf artists and an evening event by a famous Deaf comedian and storyteller. They will also be provided with a wristband to the boardwalk rides. Students must bring their own money if they wish to purchase snacks, souvenirs or play in the arcade. Students will need to provide their own transportation to and from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk
This event is open to current or former ASL students only, and costs one TM session ($85). The payment becomes non-refundable after the tickets are purchased on April 30th.
