Anthony Padula is a jack of all trades at Fusion Academy teaching a variety of subjects including History, English, Math, and Japanese. He is a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History Education and a decade of experience teaching. Currently Anthony is attending University of Illinois At Chicago for a Masters in Teaching. Upon graduating from Illinois State University, Anthony was hired by the Japanese Exchange Teaching Programme (JET Programme). On the Jet Programme, Anthony taught World Cultures and English in a Japanese high school for four years. After living in Japan for four years, Anthony returned to Chicago in 2015 and has been teaching Social Studies and Math at the middle school and high school level ever since. Anthony has a strong passion for all things history and literature and you can often find him immersed in a book in a variety of coffee shops around Evanston. His hobbies include writing poetry, playing competitive ultimate Frisbee, scuba diving, and reading anything and everything!
