"Don’t do the Tide Pod Challenge!”
When Can You Finally Stop Parenting

Are you fatigued sharing guidance and directives that are not getting incorporated into your children’s choices? Are you dismayed that your limit-setting has not reigned in your teen? Are you exhausted by fighting and just counting the days for your child to move out? Dr. Karla Steingraber, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and performance coach of Everest Strong Coaching, will provide an interactive, problem-solving talk on how to power through when you’re ready to throw in the towel and give up parenting, and how to cut yourself some slack in the process.
