Education

Aidan graduated from University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a concentration of Tertiary and Freshwater Studies as well as a minor in Geographic Information Systems.

Experience

During college Aidan spent some time working for the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores as a SCUBA intern, educator, and presenter. Following college Aidan worked as an environmental and GIS consultant for Wetland Reclamation Projects at a small engineering firm in Eastern North Carolina.

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • Enjoys surfing when he has the chance and time.
  • Goes on miles of walks a day to keep up with the energy level of his two dogs, Buzz and Sally.
  • In his own opinion, can make a pretty delicious smoothie.
