Jeff Sidman is the Head of the History Department at Fusion Warner Center. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Humboldt State University in 1997, with an incomplete minor in Astrophysics. He wanted to learn the official answers to life’s deep questions.
Jeff has worked in every teaching environment, from doing astronomy and nature science on a mountain top in the snow to oceanography while snorkeling in the waters off Catalina. He has traveled around the world to China, met the President of the United States (twice), and has collected quite a number of historical artifacts that are displayed around his Fusion classroom.
Jeff enjoys hanging out with his twin brother and nephews over the weekend, as well as trying to be an aspiring writer. He has completed a historical screenplay as well as a fictional novel. He also enjoys binge watching comedy shows, playing Dungeons and Dragons with his nephews, and playing Magic: The Gathering with his friends. He also enjoys meditation and deep philosophical conversations.
Back in the 1980’s, Jeff owned parachute pants and was into Break Dancing.
