Jaime Zendejas

Jaime Zendejas is a math and physics teacher at our Walnut Creek Campus! Jaime earned a bachelor's degree in physics from UC Berkeley. While in school he spent time as a student mentor to his underclassmen, helping his mentee to navigate the pitfalls of college life and tutoring them in subjects that they needed help with. During his coursework, he volunteered as a teaching assistant for a beginner's Taekwondo course and assisted in introducing new students to the sport. In his free time, Jaime enjoys exercise; running, weightlifting, calisthenics, and anything to get the blood pumping. He also enjoys listening to music and practicing the guitar. Fun fact, he once attempted to eat an entire habanero pepper and immediately do 100 push ups afterwards. While successful, his stomach hurt for quite some time!
