Meagan Flint attended Dartmouth College and received a bachelor's degree in Anthropology modified with Biological Sciences. She then moved to DC to start her doctorate in Human Paleobiology at George Washington University, but decided to leave the program to focus on teaching secondary school, earning a M.Phil. and M.S. in the process. She is currently working on her Master's in Special Education at George Mason University.
Meagan has been teaching and coaching at the secondary and college levels for the past ten years. While at George Washington University, she was a teaching assistant for the Anthropology Department, and has volunteered for numerous mentoring programs over the years. She has been teaching math and science at Fusion since 2019.

- Lived in Madagascar for six months studying lemurs
- Writes grants on a volunteer basis for the Freedom Hill Horse Rescue
