Description
We invite you to come learn about mental health resources and services for adolescents in our community. This is the first in a series of virtual events where you will get the opportunity to connect with professionals whose practices are being highlighted for the amazing work they do with adolescents. This series will include professionals from Newport Healthcare, Fusion Academy, Magothy River Counseling, Congruent Counseling Services and Integrative Counseling, The Counseling Center of Maryland, and Courage to Nourish. These practices will share information on their programs that specialize in some of the most prevalent mental health topics relevant to teens such as, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, disordered eating, levels of care, culturally competent care for LGBTQ+ adolescents, and more. You will also be able to share what the adolescents you work with are experiencing and the resources you need.
