Utilizing Lifestyle Medicine to Reduce Anxiety

Anxiety Disorder is a fairly common mental condition affecting a large number of people. There are quite a few modalities for treating anxiety. Medications, counseling, and other non-FDA approved methods such as TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) have shown efficacy in curbing anxiety symptoms. An often-overlooked modality, however, is utilizing the tenets of lifestyle medicine. In this presentation, we talk about lifestyle medicine as a whole and how this can be used to reduce anxiety.
