Education

Sebastian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He went on to receive his Master of Arts in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.

Experience

Sebastian is a student-centered leader with a strong background in mentorship, student development, and school operations. Throughout his time at Fusion, he has held multiple roles including Scheduling Coordinator, Director of Student Life, and now Director of Student Services. In each role, he has focused on building strong relationships, supporting student growth, and contributing to a positive and engaging school environment.

Prior to joining Fusion, Sebastian served in the Student-Athlete Development Department at San Diego State University, where he supported programming within the athletic department. He also coached high school basketball!

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • Sebastian’s favorite thing in the world is being a dad. He loves spending time with his family and chasing his two-year-old around.
  • He loves playing basketball and is an avid collector of sports cards.
