Dr. Matt Weaver graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Linfield College in McMinnville, OR in 1996. In 2003, Dr. Weaver completed his Doctorate in the field of Genetics & Cell Biology while attending Washington State University in Pullman, WA.
Experience
Prior to his time with the Fusion Academy Dr. Weaver spent the ~7 years teaching higher education at Western Governer's University. Prior to this experience Dr. Weaver spend ~10 years as a professional scientist in roles as Post-Doctoral Researcher, Research Technician, and finally Research Scientist.
