Tommy Newell

Teacher

Tommy Newell teaches middle school and high school History.  He has a BA in History from Arizona State University.  Over the last decade he has worked at Trader Joes as a manager and crew member while seeking his degree.  He has also volunteered time at a local Charter School and helped establish a soccer club for the students and the school.

Tommy is married and enjoys traveling with his wife.  They have been to Europe (Paris and London), New York, and they have traveled all along the west coast of the United States.  He also loves watching movies, tv shows, and playing video games, reading and writing in his spare time.  He enjoys playing and participating in different sports such as: soccer, basketball, tennis, and skateboarding.

Tommy is excited to share knowledge, learning, and being a positive mentor to his students and those around him.  He is extremely proud and honored to be a part of the Fusion family.
